Customer Acquisition Specialist Needed
Job Description- Manage a portfolio of 30–100 small to mid-market customers to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals.
- Build executive relationships with customer accounts, providing a high-caliber experience and creating promoters.
- Implement best practices, train, and coach customers on adoption strategies to ensure goals are met.
- Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead annual business reviews with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive value.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Portfolio Growth: Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
- Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or account management style position
- Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients
- Technical proficiency on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
