We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role combines account management, solution delivery, and business development. You'll be responsible for guiding clients from strategy through ongoing success, while also handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Analyze client operations and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and dashboard technologies.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required to meet client and business needs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience beneficial).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions meeting client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
