
Client Relationship Specialist

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted account manager, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that add value
- Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth
- Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
- Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
- Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets
- Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline
