Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the iGaming industry, with a strong network of B2C clients in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision makers on all levels within the customer organization.
- Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective value-based selling and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans for strategic customers, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.
- Fully understand the customer business environment to maximize our competitive advantages.
- Cooperate with internal functions to maximize customer responsiveness.
- Undertake and drive customer meetings, presentations, and visits as required.
- Be accountable for driving the entire sales process from lead generation to successful closure of contracts.
- Undertake prospecting and cold calling activities as applicable.
- Participate in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc. as required.
- Regularly update CRM system and other relevant sales tools to maintain full control of prospects and the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of iGaming sales/BDM experience with a proven track record of success.
- Retail/land-based experience is a plus.
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
- Great interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- A creative, customer-focused outlook with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and any Asian language(s) (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.).
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with good people skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
