About the Role

This critical position involves working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue potential from our existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing tailored plans, and delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Heads to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work with Customer Success Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive retention.
  • Broaden customer relationships through strategic business expansion and renewal efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends and innovations.
  • Present company value proposition at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to CXOs and define human capital roadmaps for organizations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
