  • Develop and implement the company's expansion strategy in collaboration with leadership.

  • Create scalable business models tailored to new markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support expansion efforts (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal).
  • Operational Oversight

  • Oversee launch plans for new regions or verticals, ensuring resources, compliance, and timelines are aligned.

  • Monitor performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
  • Optimize operational processes to support rapid scaling.
  • Leadership & Reporting

  • Report to the C-level executives on progress, challenges, and KPIs.

  • Lead and mentor a team dedicated to expansion initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading market entries or large-scale business expansion initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and performance metrics.
