- Negotiate and close business deals in alignment with expansion goals.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement the company's expansion strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Create scalable business models tailored to new markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support expansion efforts (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal).
Operational Oversight
Oversee launch plans for new regions or verticals, ensuring resources, compliance, and timelines are aligned.
- Monitor performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
- Optimize operational processes to support rapid scaling.
Leadership & Reporting
Report to the C-level executives on progress, challenges, and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team dedicated to expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading market entries or large-scale business expansion initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and performance metrics.
