Job Title: Growth Strategist
Role OverviewA growth strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion by spearheading lead generation, marketing efforts, and sales processes. Collaborating closely with the CEO, this individual identifies, nurtures, and converts leads to propel the company's growth.
This is a remote position offering flexibility, allowing for work-life balance while being adaptable to time zone requirements. The role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Develop and maintain a precise lead database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Research and qualify potential clients to prioritize outreach.
- Engage and nurture leads through various channels.
- Diligently follow up on inbound and outbound leads to keep them progressing through the pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and the CEO.
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Enhance and update the website to boost conversion rates.
- Optimize the CEO's online presence, including content creation and engagement.
- Produce high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and email campaigns.
- Create compelling client proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
- Maintain and execute a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistent outreach.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for transparent visibility into lead status.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Maintain CRM records, documenting all interactions accurately.
- Improve lead management processes for increased efficiency and higher conversion rates.
- Exceptional organizational skills – ability to track multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and basic website management.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to create and refine clear, engaging marketing content.
