Job Description for Finance & Admin Assistant

IG Evolution Corporation seeks a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Admin Assistant to support the overall operations of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and forward Payment Requests to the Finance & Accounting Department.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including email management, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, and handle incoming correspondence.
  • Perform other functions assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpersonal relationships.

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
