Job Description
Hunter's Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide clerical and administrative support to our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About You
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department
• Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
