Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admission Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Workforce Solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating admissions processes, managing communication with clients, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time onsite position based in McKinley, Taguig City, requiring strong communication skills, a willingness to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate admission processes and ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
  • Manage communication with clients, including email, phone calls, and meetings
Requirements:
  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
  • Experience in back-office/non-voice roles is a must
  • Strong communication skills (Good to Excellent)
  • Reside within Metro Manila
  • Will to work full-time onsite at McKinley, Taguig City
  • All necessary requirements ready
