Job Title

An Executive Assistant role that supports the CEO and executive team in achieving seamless operations, communication, and alignment with company priorities.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a high-level administrative professional, providing critical support to the CEO and executive team. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items, serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO and executive team, leading and hosting meetings or conferences as required.

  1. Administrative Coordination
    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
    • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
    • Manage expense reporting and budget tracking.
  2. Project Management
    • Oversee special projects and initiatives from start to finish.
    • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  3. Communication Management
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Prioritize and screen incoming communication, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
  4. Confidentiality and Discretion
    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
