We are seeking a high-performing Senior Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and administrative expertise to our executive leadership.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative services, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be expected to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless execution of tasks. Additionally, you will handle confidential correspondence and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth execution.
* Strategic Assistance: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, prepare financial summaries, and track deliverables.
* Administrative Excellence: Organize files, documents, and records, and manage data entry tasks.
* Project and Task Management: Monitor projects, ensure timely communication, and track deliverables.
* Travel and Event Coordination: Plan executive travel itineraries, book accommodations, and handle logistics.
* Communication and Inbox Management: Draft, reply to, and manage emails, follow up on correspondence, and organize inboxes according to executive preferences.
* Data and Presentation Preparation: Synthesize data into cohesive reports and create presentation slides for meetings and conferences.
* Marketing and Social Media Management: Oversee account profiles, manage reviews, and upload relevant media content as needed.
* Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform miscellaneous tasks to support executive needs and priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
* University Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
* Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
* Exceptional English communication skills (C1 - C2 Level)
* Solid organizational & time management skills
* Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies
* Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
* Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
* Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained
* Able to work flexible hours
