Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role involves handling confidential information, coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing materials, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools, and experience working with ERP and CRM systems.


Responsibilities
  • Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of TrustBridge Global Foundation's mission, vision, processes, and policies to provide informed support.
  • Coordinate executive-level projects and events, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global or nonprofit context.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, global team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with financial, legal, or philanthropic work is a plus.
