
High-Performance Administrative Leader

Work as an integral member of a dynamic leadership team to optimize operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution.
Job Description- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders, encompassing calendar management, email triage, and task coordination.
- Manage complex scheduling workflows, ensuring efficient time utilization across multiple executives and time zones.
- Executive Support (50%):
- Assist with inbox management, message triaging, response drafting, and urgent priority surfacing.
- Calendar management for internal and external meetings, leveraging tools like Acuity and Calendly.
- Recruiting Coordination (25%):
- Coordinate 10–20 candidate interviews weekly, streamlining the interview process across departments.
- Facilitate communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Operations & Admin (15%):
- Arrange travel itineraries and book accommodations as needed.
- Support vendor research, procurement, and documentation.
- Contribute to internal workflow improvements using tools like Notion and Slack.
- Special Projects (10%):
- Address ad-hoc tasks with minimal context but high accuracy.
- Support light project management to enhance leadership workflows.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or founders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with flexibility to adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling apps.
