Business Operations Lead

A skilled professional is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team.
About the Role:- This position is responsible for ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded through effective management of virtual assistant-client pairs.
- Manage and maintain the workflow of virtual assistants, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks assigned by clients.
- Create and implement task lists in collaboration with clients to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for business growth utilizing Global Medical services.
- Maintain a positive working relationship between medical clients and their assigned virtual assistants.
- Possession of a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is desired.
- A minimum of three years' experience in healthcare management or remote management is required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to function effectively under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, organization, and a growth mindset.
- Preferred experience in training and development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
