We are currently seeking a lead generation professional to support our business development efforts. This role is focused on generating quality leads through outbound calls and communication with industry professionals across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients in the interior design and architecture sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with professionals through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals such as architects, designers, and business owners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace required.
