Key Responsibilities
- Enable hybrid business development representatives to meet targets for executive sales teams.
- Support sales professionals with lead follow up, proactive outreach, and daily meetings.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to increase conversion rates and create more pipeline.
- Become a valued member of our leadership team, working closely with marketing, regional sales directors, operations, and HR teams.
Job Overview
As a business development manager, you will lead the team to exceed quarterly and annual new business pipeline generation targets. You will expand the team using a foundational plan, supporting reps through onboarding, coaching, and development.
