Job Overview

Littelfuse is a leading global manufacturer of electronic components serving over 100,000 end customers. As the Senior Corporate Lean Engineer, you will lead enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives and manage key systems like TeamGuru and Learning Management System (LMS).

This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on improvement work to elevate our operating system and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will:

  • Manage and lead the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Administration team
  • Chief administrator and architect for our web-based strategy deployment and performance management platform (TeamGuru)
  • Direct our Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives
  • Lead or participate in improvement projects
  • Conduct training for Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Improvement

About You

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Lean
  • Knowledge and experience in Team Guru and LMS
  • Deep knowledge of lean practices (six sigma, kaizen)
