Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop scalable data management infrastructure to drive growth across the business.
  • Establish seamless integration and workflows for efficient funnel tracking.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Design real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and strategies.
  • Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Produce regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Analyze sales performance (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
  • Test sales and marketing automations within a CRM prior to deployment.
  • Document SOPs in an internal knowledge base to ensure clarity and scalability.
  • Mentor junior Revenue Operations Analysts.
About You

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a scale-up mindset.
