Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our Learning & Development operations with various learning analytics and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting and managing outcomes that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for business planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering data business requirements, including key L&D analytics, industry metrics, and benchmarks
  • Assessing customer needs and requirements, understanding the difference between business requirements and technical solutions
  • Designing and developing L&D metrics reporting and visualization using business intelligence reporting tools
  • Managing learner groups or analysis, and assignment of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads
  • Supporting EOHS team with future innovations of the learning enrollment process to reduce friction and improve accuracy
  • Ensuring all business processes are documented, uniform, and securely stored

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including working with internal business partners and technology leads
  • Experience in complex problem solving and process improvement, analyzing and recommending solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of latest innovations and emerging trends in leveraging data and providing predictive and prescriptive learning analytics
