Job Title:

Influencer Outreach Specialist - Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish connections with influencers and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality content that showcases our products and benefits effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Brand Loyalty: Work closely with the social media management team to monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration is essential for this role.
  • Shopify Expertise: Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions is a must.
  • Partnership Knowledge: Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a valuable asset.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for managing multiple campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with influencers and partners.
