Workforce Manager Role

This challenging position involves leading a team of workforce analytics staff and overseeing the manipulation and visualization of data from multiple sources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, extracting and interpreting data from critical systems, and applying workforce management tools to forecast work volumes, schedule staff, and monitor agent performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing metrics and trends to provide insights to management and clients.
  • Generating reports and analyzing metrics and trends to inform strategies for improving performance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in WFM roles, including leadership positions, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of contact center processes, technology, and concepts, as well as excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in WFM department in a leadership role.
  2. End-to-end experience in WFM roles, including capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
