Workforce Services Senior Analyst Role

Overview: This position involves strategic workforce planning and analysis to support business objectives.

We are seeking a skilled analyst to lead our workforce services team in providing data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement process changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate training sessions as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in workforce planning, analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in all workforce management functions, including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Familiarity with workforce management software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
