We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Workforce Management Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence by delivering business reporting and insights, maintaining process control and governance, optimizing workforce management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Reporting & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and present operational data to guide decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.

2. Process Control & Governance

  • Implement and monitor process control measures to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and governance standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to strengthen process transparency and accountability.

3. Workforce Management

  • Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing and scheduling.
  • Forecast manpower needs based on workload and business trends.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and best practices in workforce management.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices and process enhancements.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in service management, process improvement, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher), Agile, or PMP is highly desirable.
  • Experience with process automation (Minibots, RPA, AI) is a plus.
