Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our workforce management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll consulting and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow payroll consulting and workforce management services capability within the business
  • Develop strong relationships with global practices and achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth, and penetration
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by delivering project engagements, leading client working sessions, providing expertise and leadership in knowledge areas, supporting sales and business development, and assisting in framing and expanding work with existing clients
  • Serve in roles as per project scope, such as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, Process & Best Practice Consultant, and Application Consultant
Requirements
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in workforce management (time management, attendance, scheduling, etc.) and payroll consulting
  • Experience in consulting on global client projects in time & attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory
  • Experience in team management; providing guidance on client projects related to workforce management processes and systems
  • End-to-end implementation of UKG/Kronos, or Dayforce WFM tools
