GDS Consulting Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in GDS Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering workforce transformation projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
  • Provide support in capturing industry thought leadership and creating outstanding deliverables.
  • Follow a robust internal review process to ensure high-quality work and excellent feedback from clients and project counterparts.
  • Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with clients and project teams across global locations.
  • Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice.
