**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at the Ateneo de Manila Grade School. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our department chairperson and faculty members.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for attending to queries and messages from various communication channels, as well as scheduling interviews and managing the calendar of the department chairperson.
In addition, you will assist in gathering supporting documents needed for reports, provide logistical support for classes and events, and maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of records.
