About Our Client

A data center company that operates in the Philippines and other countries, a subsidiary of the leading telecommunications company in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, CEO, and Executive Management Team
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for multiple executives
  • Prepare, review, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and off-sites.
  • Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables and follow-ups for executives.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records for executives.

The Successful Applicant

Professional Background and Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years supporting expatriates or global C-suite executives.
  • Proven experience in supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in calendar and travel management across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Knowledge of global business etiquette and cross-cultural communication.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience

  • 5-8 years in secretarial work for senior management
  • 3 years in a specialist role in any related function of law offices or legal office set-up for immediate and accurate coordination, understanding of needs

Level of Knowledge

  • 2 years of Secretarial, administrative or any four year course
