Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will be assigned to the new SBC Affiliate – a joint venture between Security Bank Corp and a global automobile company based in Japan.
You will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling on behalf of the CEO, including the arrangement of Board of Directors meetings. You will also coordinate the CEO and Strategy Officer's instructions across the organization to ensure seamless operations.
How you'll contribute:
- Manage the CEO's schedule and arrange meetings, travel, accommodation, and events according to company procedures.
- Perform office administration by ensuring filing systems and records are well-organized, maintained, and updated.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on any matters relating to the Board of Directors, including the arrangement of Board meetings.
- Coordinate with the Strategy Officer on meetings related to decision making.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1-4 years' experience in administrative duties.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills; able to work with different cultures.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Preferably knowledgeable in writing and speaking Japanese.
