1. Administrative Support
Assist executives and department heads with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Manage office communications, including emails, calls, and meeting arrangements.
Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents both physically and electronically.
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports, presentations, and other business-related materials.
2. Office Operations & Coordination
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, procurement, and basic bookkeeping.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements for company personnel.
Assist in monitoring deadlines, contracts, compliance-related documents, and government filings.
3. External Relations & Communication
Support communication with vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Assist in preparing internal and external reports as needed.
Assist in preparing financial statements and business-related reports.
5. Other Duties
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or secretarial role is preferred.
Experience with accounting or financial reporting, budgeting, expense recording, and preparing balance sheets is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
