We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in customer account management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a 100% remote position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. We value innovative thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
About Your New RoleThe Customer Success Manager will focus on business development and customer retention through consistent customer contact, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and effective management of our customer base. The primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, drive growth through upgrades and cross-selling, and maintain an industry-low customer churn rate.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, technology, software, and support methodologies.
- Leverage proprietary software tools to maintain regular communication with customers, stay ahead of their technology initiatives, and position us for growth in the mid-market and enterprise space.
- Become a trusted point of contact for customers, handling questions and action items efficiently and effectively.
- Implement strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and work with sales teams to win additional business.
- Manage our proprietary software tools, including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards, to ensure metrics are achieved.
- Maintain a positive impact on our company culture as we rapidly grow into a U.S. leader in enterprise network, communications, and software solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A proven track record of success in customer account management across the customer life-cycle, including deployment, installation, upselling, and retention/renewal.
- Experience selling cloud communications, SD-WAN, security, network and internet services, managed services, and software.
- Effectiveness in interacting with customer leadership teams, including presentations, demonstrations, QBRs/MBRs, and webinar sessions for customer training and sales conversations.
- Strong Excel, MS Office, and general computer software skills.
- A positive, likeable, calm, and persuasive personality with negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated drive with zero outgoing call reluctance.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
- A charismatic personality that can quickly gain the trust of our customers and partners.
- Proven ability to learn new skills, software tools, and tasks quickly.
- Proven ability to perform while exceeding sales and customer retention goals.
