We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive business growth for our clients by generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified discovery/demo calls. This contractor role offers flexibility in managing your own time, with calls typically made during Australian business hours to maximise connection rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making pure outbound calls to targeted prospects from a provided lead list
  • Utilising provided templates and training materials to introduce the value proposition
  • Qualifying prospects against a Good Fit Customer Profile (training provided)
  • Booking qualified discovery/demo calls into the client's calendar
  • Recording activities, notes, and outcomes in a CRM system
  • Following up on no-shows and rebooking where possible
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of pure outbound sales experience
  • A proven track record with measurable KPIs, including daily calls, meetings booked, quota achievement, target ICP, and show/close rates where applicable
  • Strong track record in cold calling and prospecting
  • Experience with SMB-focused sales in Western markets
  • Familiarity with sales tools: CRM, VoIP phone systems, productivity apps
  • Young, hungry, and ambitious
  • Energetic, resilient, and confident on the phone
  • Coachable and eager to learn new skills
  • Street smart with a results-driven mindset
  • Excited by cold outbound sales and making things happen

This role involves working directly with our experienced founder who brings 15 years of experience at leading technology companies and has built successful sales teams from scratch. Our company is scaling rapidly, offering huge future opportunities. High-performing SDRs can hit 150% of targets and earn above the base contractor rate.
