Customer Support Associate Role

Our organization is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our customers. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Ticket Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer tickets in a timely manner, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to assist in the resolution of future customer inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Languages: English is the primary language required, with secondary languages being an asset.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform or equivalent.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and familiarize yourself with CRM systems.
Bonus Points:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred.
  • Experience: Two years or more of experience in a customer support role is desirable.
