Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a diligent Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Care Coordinators based in Ballina. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our elderly care and disability clients.

As the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, you will deliver outstanding customer service while handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will assist with daily operations, ensure timely communication, and escalate case management or clinical concerns to the appropriate Care Coordinator when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Care Coordinators.
  2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating services for clients.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  4. Support reporting and compliance with aged care and disability service standards.
  5. Liaise with clients, families, service providers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
