
Customer Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Your primary focus will be addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams, including Engineering, Product, and Executive teams, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
