- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing excellent service.
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
- An adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset is necessary to navigate the challenges of customer service and find creative solutions.
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent is required for optimal performance.
- Minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed ensures reliable connectivity and efficient communication.
