Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support: Assist customers via voice calls and live chat, providing clear and friendly solutions to their queries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues: Identify problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Log customer interactions: Accurately document all customer communications to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team: Share feedback and best practices to continually improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand: Uphold company values and standards by being patient, professional, and courteous in all interactions.
- Bilingual communication skills: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential for success in this role.
- Customer service experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings.
- Solution-oriented mindset: A calm and composed attitude under pressure, coupled with a genuine desire to help others.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is an asset.
