Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bilingual communication skills: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential for success in this role.
  • Customer service experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: A calm and composed attitude under pressure, coupled with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is an asset.
