About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support to our customers.
  • Stay informed on product updates and best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
  • You must possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias is required.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns is necessary.
  • Strong teamwork skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are also essential.
