We're seeking a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with customers, driving their success and growth through our software and services.

As a key member of our team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Your ultimate goal will be to increase customer value, revenue, and long-term engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming the primary contact post-sales, conducting thorough onboarding and education processes, and owning account health post-implementation
  • Preparing accounts for billing by ensuring successful implementation and introducing customers to our platform and virtual assistants
  • Developing personalized goal plans for customers, focusing on short- and long-term growth objectives, and identifying opportunities for Wing to support those goals
  • Proactively managing relationships between virtual assistants and assigned clients, including regular check-ins, ad-hoc calls/texts, and monitoring customer usage through our proprietary web tool
  • Managing inbound customer communications, organizing/escalating/resolving issues appropriately, and understanding Wing's offerings and communicating them clearly to customers

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least a year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Experience with process implementation is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable with a range of technology platforms, including Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call tools like Zoom and Google Meet
  • Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and goal development and implementation
  • Positive attitude, desire to contribute to company success, and ability to remain professional under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to persuade/negotiate effectively
