**Job Title:** Strategic Customer Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer growth initiatives. As a Strategic Customer Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving incremental revenue from our existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales. You will work closely with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies that deliver results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to mine incremental revenue from existing customers
  • Positioning the company effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals
  • Collaborating with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our customers
  • Buidling strong relationships with customers and positioning them as advocates for our brand
  • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Leveraging industry events and conferences to network and promote our value proposition
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and developing human capital roadmaps for their organizations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales
  • Experience working in people advisory or solution-oriented consulting roles is a plus
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel
  • Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives
