Remote Leasing Coordinator

About The Role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in a property management platform
  • Create and assign support tickets using an internal system
  • Keep listings and leasing specials updated

Tools You Will Use:

  • A property management platform
  • A cloud phone system
  • Internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Microsoft SharePoint for access to building information and scripts
  • A task routing system for internal coordination
  • A time tracking system

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week. It requires overlapping hours with the U.S. Pacific Time zone and typically starts in the early to mid-evening local time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Additionally, you should be tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple platforms.
