We are seeking a detail-focused Property Asset Manager who will oversee all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
- Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary.
- Comply with local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Purely remote work arrangement.
- Night shift (EST).
- Weekly pay.
