We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Virtual Appointment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in scheduling appointments with clients and ensuring seamless communication.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Calling leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients
  • Conducting lead follow-ups and nurturing until appointments are set
  • Responding to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects
  • FOLLOWING SCRIPTS to deliver value propositions and handle objections
  • Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction
  • Coordinating and managing the calendar of appointments
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts
  • Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities
General Requirements:
  • Good command of the English language
  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam
Device Specification:
  • Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Windows or Mac is acceptable
  • At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
Network Requirements:
  • 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
