Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing administrative support for our business. This role includes assisting managers and employees with daily tasks, client communications, scheduling appointments, and data management.

Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle calls
Respond to phone calls and emails, including client inquiries
Assist with document management and client file organization
Track projects and tasks, providing regular updates
Handle various administrative tasks as needed
Support different departments to ensure process management and team synchronization

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role as an administrative or virtual assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask
High-level proficiency in English – mandatory
Availability to work during U.S. business time as the position is for a U.S.-based company
