Employee Relations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing employee records and data
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for employees
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and statutory benefits
- Proficient in using Windows Applications and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
