The role of an Executive & Personal Assistant is a dynamic position that requires an experienced professional to support the team with administrative, executive, and personal responsibilities.

This is a key support role with variety and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, proactive, and switched-on, able to handle tasks efficiently and bring fresh ideas to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities include managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, tasks, travel, and communications, as well as supporting business operations, project tracking, client coordination, and capacity planning. The successful candidate will also be confident with tools like Office 365, Teams, VOIP, and project software, and able to suggest improvements using tech and AI.

Liaising professionally with clients, team, and suppliers, drafting emails, attending virtual meetings, and ensuring clear follow-ups are essential parts of this role. We're looking for someone who can identify what needs to be done without constant direction, problem-solve independently, and manage competing priorities effectively.

We require a professional with 8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles, exceptional English skills - written and spoken, and tech-savvy with fast learning skills - familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, task/project management tools, and CRMs.
