
Executive Operations Coordinator

This role is a key partner to leadership, ensuring seamless internal workflows and people operations.
- Manage sensitive payroll data, templates, systems, and documentation with precision.
- Coordinate meetings across departments and time zones.
- Make company purchases in line with procedures.
- Source resumes and assist with applicant tracking processes.
- Keep HR and operations lists up to date and organized.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct concerns to appropriate channels.
- Support senior leadership in creating presentations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent organizational skills, strong data entry skills, and comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
