Business Analyst Role

This position plays a crucial role in gathering business requirements, documenting them properly, and ensuring timely completion of projects. As a Business Analyst at Infomax Systems Solutions and Services, Inc., you will contribute significantly to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify project milestones, phases, and activities, and create a project timeline based on these elements.
  • Translate client requirements into functional requirements that are comprehensible to developers or project team members.
  • Collaborate with the solutions architect and development team to define software functionalities for developed products and services.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • Three years of working experience in a related field is required.
  • Junior Executive experience specializing in Marketing or Business Development is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
