Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue recommendations for enhancements in cost reduction, service quality, productivity, and learning development.
  • Perform business process assessments on existing processes and document them with suggested improvements.
  • Examine continuous improvement proposals and conclude identified projects aimed at achieving Efficiency and Productivity objectives.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives related to productivity and service quality within GBS Manila.
  • Conduct research and provide suitable site-wide training recommendations for GBS Manila.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring to employees on Lean Sigma, Project Management, and Service Quality Management.
  • Engage with Process Owners and teams regarding Continuous Improvement projects and Service Quality initiatives.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in process improvement and performance measurement projects.
  • Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry with multinational companies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and/or degree in Project Management, Data Science.
  • Proficient in consulting skills, MS Office Applications, and Excel Macro programming language.
