Job Description

The Process Optimization Specialist role involves identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements in business activities to enhance performance, cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Key responsibilities include optimizing network/land transport and courier routes, preparing facility plans and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency and space usage, and ensuring implementation of regional standards for processes and work methods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, material handling, productivity analysis, financial analysis and software skills in tools such as Excel, Visio and AutoCAD.
